Stress and Resilience

Understand Stress, how it presents and influential factors.

Explore ways to manage stress and improve resilience.

Consider how to support stress management in the workplace.

Emotional Intelligence

Understand what is meant by emotional intelligence and how it can be developed.

Identify how to hold emotionally intelligent conversations.
